For 40 years, the Tabor Homestead has helped residents of southern Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts put food on their dinner tables.  We provide for our customers the exact same process experience we do for our own family.  This means a humane killing experience, a thorough evisceration, and an expedient cooling process.  We truly care about the quality of your poultry.

We process poultry beginning in June.  Our last weekend of our seasonal operation is the weekend prior to Thanksgiving, where we only process turkeys.
